Last updated: 31 July 2026.
1. Website publisher
The website is published by Farhat Werfelli (trade name WMG-STUDIO). Contact details appear in the Legal Notice.
2. Purpose of the website
The website presents WMG-STUDIO’s development activity, allows you to request a quote, book an appointment and access online training courses. The website does not carry out any online sales: no order or payment is made on it. Any service is subject to a separate quote and contract.
3. Access to the website
The website is accessible free of charge. The costs of Internet access and equipment remain your responsibility. We endeavour to keep the website available but cannot guarantee continuous availability; access may be suspended for maintenance or for technical reasons, without giving rise to any right to compensation.
4. Account and access to training courses
- Access to certain courses requires the creation of a personal account. You undertake to provide accurate information and to keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for actions taken from your account.
- The account and access to the courses are strictly personal: they may not be shared, assigned or resold.
- We may suspend or close an account in the event of breach of these Terms (in particular sharing access, attempting to extract content, or fraudulent use).
5. Intellectual property of content and training courses
All content on the website — and in particular the training courses (text, lessons, analogies, code examples, quizzes, illustrations, learning paths) — is the exclusive property of Farhat Werfelli (WMG-STUDIO) and is protected by intellectual property law.
Access to a course grants you a personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable right of use, for individual learning purposes. The following are prohibited, unless prior written authorisation is given:
- reproducing, copying or mass-downloading the content;
- reselling, making available, publicly distributing or re-broadcasting it;
- using it to create a competing service or content;
- automated extraction (scraping) of all or part of the website.
Any unauthorised use constitutes an infringement (Articles L.335-2 et seq. of the French Intellectual Property Code).
6. User conduct
You undertake to use the website in accordance with the law and these Terms, without disrupting its operation or infringing the rights of third parties. In particular, any unauthorised access, any attempt to compromise the security of the website and any misuse of the forms are prohibited.
7. Third-party links and tools
The website may link to third-party services (for example the Cal.com appointment booking tool). We have no control over these services and accept no liability for their content or availability. Their use is subject to their own terms.
8. Limitation of liability
The content of the website, including the training courses, is provided for informational and educational purposes. It is provided “as is”, with no guarantee that it is free of errors or suitable for a particular situation. You remain solely responsible for the use you make of it, in particular the implementation of any code example.
To the extent permitted by law, WMG-STUDIO cannot be held liable for indirect damages resulting from the use of, or inability to use, the website. Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded.
9. Personal data
The processing of your data is described in the Privacy Policy.
9 bis. Social media management service
Clients who have subscribed to a social media management service (publishing content on their accounts, in particular via the TikTok API) are additionally governed by the Mandate for Social Media Management, which sets out the OAuth authorization, scope and editorial responsibility.
10. Changes to the Terms
We may amend these Terms at any time. The applicable version is the one online at the time you use the website. The date of the latest update appears at the top of this page.
11. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by French law. Failing an amicable settlement, any dispute falls within the jurisdiction of the French courts within the jurisdiction of the Bordeaux Court of Appeal. If you are acting as a consumer, you retain the benefit of the protective rules of jurisdiction provided for by law.
